Damask Rose Tablecloth and Napkins, 100% polyester, 230g/m²
Damask Rose is an elegant fabric made from 100% spun polyester. Damask Rose tablecloths and napkins are made in any size, available in a generous range of colours.

Deposit (Important):

All rentals require a refundable deposit based on the value of the order. A 30% deposit will be added accordingly in the basket. The maximum rental period is 7 days starting from delivery date.

A collection will be booked in advance to take place on the 8th consecutive day (or the following working day) from initial delivery. The courier service will expect adequate packaging; a responsibility to be honoured by customer.

Difficulties and complications arising due to negligence or absence from premise may result in withholding the deposit partially or fully as deemed appropriate by us.

Joins

• We stock wide fabric rolls; however, some tablecloth sizes may exceed our widest fabric rolls.
• We endeavour to keep all information regarding tablecloth joins as accurate as possible. In some cases due stock unavailability, a join may become unavoidable. We will contact our customers as soon as such scenario becomes aparent.
• By default, the join of choice is the French-style type which ensures minimal buldge.
• The join will, in most cases, be placed on the side of the tablecloth to hang with the drop.
• In some cases, the join may have to be placed in the middle of the tablecloth.
• Occasionally, more than one join may be nessecary.

Care

• Customers do not need to wash goods before returning them back to us.
• Reasonable care must be taken to ensure goods are not damaged or omitted when packing them for collection.

Delivery

We will despatch hire items at least one day prior to requested date. We only use the 24hr service to all mainland hires. 10am and 12pm deliveries available. Charges to non-mainland vary. Signature upon delivery is required. The hire period is by default 7 days from delivery date. A collection will be booked in advance to take place on the 8th consecutive day (or the following working day) from initial delivery.

T&C

• All hire transactions require a 30% deposit to be paid in advance. Deposit will be refunded in full if goods are returned to us within the agreed time, and they are in reasonable condition.
• Goods are hired for 7 consecutive calendar days starting from the day of delivery.
• Goods are due to be collected from the customer from the 8th consecutive day (or next working day if the 8th day is a weekend or public/bank holiday). On the day of collection goods must be appropriately packed for our courier service to be able to collect them. Packing should be adequate to avoid damage during transit. We recommend customers keep the original packing used to deliver the goods and repack them in the same boxes if they have not been damaged.
• If collection cannot take place due to customer fault on the pre-arranged collection date, an administration and collection rebooking charge of £20 will be charged and deducted from the deposit paid. A further collection will then have to be arranged and booked within a period agreed with the customer. Failure of a second collection of the goods may result in the customer forfeiting the full amount of the deposit paid.
• Direct Linen retains full ownership of all hire goods at all times.
• Returned goods will be inspected, and any items found damaged or missing will result in the appropriate amount being deducted from the deposit paid.
